Spotlight on… MailChimp

January 22, 2021

In today’s bizarre environment, keeping connected with your client base is essential, especially when they can’t just pop in to your office.

You can use your mail client, such as Outlook, to send a generic email but putting graphics, links and buttons can make it look a bit clunky.

MailChimp gives you the option to make the email reflect your brand, including fonts, graphics, links etc.  It also manages all the contacts, especially if someone chooses to subscribe to your newsletter/email.  You’ve seen those forms – there’s even one to the right of this page (go on… sign up!) –

However, in my opinion, the best part of a MailChimp campaign is watching the analytics: it’s addictive!

You know who’s opened it, who’s clicked links and where they went, who’s email bounced and who’s decided not to receive any further correspondence.

From your customers’ point of view, if your account is set up correctly, it gives them complete control over what they receive; they can choose the type of correspondence they receive, whether it be offers, news or pictures of kittens.

It’s not just automated email campaigns either; you can create landing pages, segment your audience and link it to social media*.

So if you think MailChimp’s something you’d like to pursue, we can offer you a few options:
