Weekly Planner Spread
Designed for small business owners juggling multiple roles, this printable weekly spread gives you space to focus on what matters, without overcomplicating things. Use it on its own or - like me - alongside your digital tools.
Some weeks feel like a whirlwind. This weekly planner is about slowing things down and seeing your time more clearly.
It’s intentionally simple. No rigid categories, no unnecessary fluff, just space to set your weekly focus, jot down important notes, and keep track of your days without being glued to a screen. The layout draws on Bullet Journal principles but keeps things light and flexible so you’re not tied to a structure that doesn’t fit.
Use it to take the pressure off your head and move your week out onto paper, where you can actually see it. It works well on its own or as a sidekick to a digital system like Airtable or SmartSuite.
It’s not about perfection and beautiful drawing - it’s about clarity and simplicity.
Why it matters
When life and business overlap, it’s easy to feel pulled in all directions. A simple paper planner can give you a bit of breathing space.
Writing things down clears your head and helps you spot what needs attention. It also lets you plan in a way that feels more grounded; especially useful if your energy or capacity changes day to day.
This spread won’t organise your whole business. But it will give you a calm place to map out the week and stop everything from living in your head.
Handy tips for use:
- Download the PDF and print it — one copy per week, or a batch if you’re planning ahead.
- Use the “Eat the Frog” section to set your key priorities for the week.
- Fill in each day with notes, reminders or anything you want to keep in sight.
- Make it your own. Use the layout as a starting point for your own planner. Colour code, scribble, track habits – whatever works for you.
- If you’re using a digital system as well, this makes a great daily companion but use it as an aide-memoire, rather than repeating calendar entries, or full task details.
